South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust’s staff car park features 469 parking spaces. It is positioned along the Warwick canal, a short walk away from the Warwick hospital.  It relieves the parking situation not only for staff but also for patients.  The new car park also provides the Trust with further development opportunities for a future increase in clinical services or other services.

The infrastructure comprises 22 electric vehicle charging bays, CCTV throughout the building  and a state-of-the-art lighting management system. The façade is a combination of vertically and horizontally installed louvers to create a unique silhouette along the canal.
